Swire Properties and Ove Arup & Partners today (Tuesday, 17 August) announced the signing of Ove Arup & Partners as office tenant at Festival Walk. The office building of Festival Walk is now almost fully let.

Ove Arup & Partners, an international firm of consulting engineers, will relocate from its existing offices in Wanchai to Levels 5 and 6 at Festival Walk and occupy over 100,000 square feet of office space.
