Swire Properties is pleased to announce the name of its new, premium residential development in Chai Wan, “The Headland Residences”.  The name highlights the development’s prime location on the eastern coastline of Hong Kong Island, offering an unparalleled experience that combines the convenience of urban living alongside easy access to natural scenic spots such as country parks and two of Hong Kong’s best beaches.

The Headland Residences features three residential towers, spanning a site area of approximately 100,000 sq ft with a total gross floor area of approximately 700,000 sq ft. The development includes a total of 850 units, primarily spacious two-bedroom and three-bedroom units1 ranging from approximately 500 sq ft to 1,100 sq ft2, to accommodate the needs of different homeowners, together with limited one-bedroom and four-bedroom units with efficient layouts, as well as luxurious, mega-sized, special units.

The Headland Residences is currently at the superstructure phase, awaiting pre-sale consent approval. The development will be completed in phases, with the first occupation permit expected to be obtained in 2025.

The Headland Residences is a new residential development in Chai Wan, developed jointly by Swire Properties and China Motor Bus Company, Limited.
