Swire Properties today (Tuesday, 26 July 2005) announced that Tricor has committed to leasing four floors at Three Pacific Place, comprising a total floor area of some 65,000 sq ft, making Tricor one of the top three largest tenants in the building.
Tricor, a member of The Bank of East Asia Group, and a leading professional provider of integrated business, corporate and investor services in Asia, will consolidate its two offices currently located in Prince's Building, Central and BEA Harbour View Centre, Wanchai respectively to optimise its operational efficiency.
Swire Properties' Director and General Manager, Mr Jolyon Culbertson said, "We are delighted that Tricor has chosen to consolidate its offices at Three Pacific Place. As our mid-zone anchor tenant, Tricor reaffirms Three Pacific Place as the address for finance and professional services corporations."

Prior to Tricor's commitment, Philips Electronics and Société Générale chose Three Pacific Place as their new office location in Hong Kong. They take up 75,000 sq ft and 76,000 sq ft floor area in the lower and upper zone respectively.
